Delivery terms

Mailing within Finland is free of charge. COD orders are charged an extra 5e.
Other EU countries are subjected to a mailing fee of 25 €.

We currently don't offer our services outside the EU region.

Golf products are only sold to Finland.

Shipping

Products currently in stock will be mailed the following workday once payment has been confirmed. Delivery time 1-3 days.

Products not immediately available have a general delivery time of 2 weeks.

Refund Policy

Please always contact customer support before returning a product.

Products which haven't been used nor opened have a 14 calendar day return/exchange period starting from the date of purchase or receival.

Products returned are to be in the exact same condition as they were sent. Any accessory packaging materials are to be intact.

The product is to be packaged with care and the package must be unmarked (ex. address stickers).

We do not accept return with cash on delivery

Only consumer bought products from our e-shop have a refund right, products sold directly to other companies are excluded from this right.

Products damaged during shipping

If the package is damaged during transaction process you are to photograph the external damage before opening the package. Potential internal damage to the product is also to be photographed. Immediately notify the delivery system of choice of the damage. Please contact customer support as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement to be sent smoothly.
